Your data is used to provide, maintain, and improve the Inboxical email service. This includes routing emails to and from your custom domain, managing DNS records, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third Parties

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically AWS Simple Email Service (SES), to send and receive emails on your behalf. AWS processes email data in accordance with their privacy policies. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

Retention

Email content and metadata are retained based on your plan's history limit (30 days to unlimited). Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your data or request full account deletion through your account settings. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.
