By accessing or using Inboxical, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service Description
Inboxical provides custom domain email services, including email sending, receiving, and forwarding. We facilitate DNS configuration for your domains and provide SMTP credentials for sending emails through our infrastructure. Service availability and features vary by plan.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Inboxical to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any unsolicited bulk messages. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or downgrade.
Limitation of Liability
Inboxical is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
